Sellers (UdyamScan app)
In the app: More › Delete account, then confirm with the code we send. Your store goes offline and your sign-in details are removed straight away, so deletion cannot be undone.
- Within 30 days your store, products, photos, payment and delivery options and orders are permanently deleted. Reports and audit records keep only the store's ID.
- Before deleting, you can export your products and orders in the app (More › Export).
Cannot open the app? Email support@udyamscan.com from the email on your account, or with your phone number and store link, and we will confirm it is you and delete it.
Buyers
If you signed in on a store: open Account, choose Delete account and confirm with the WhatsApp code. Your account, saved addresses and sessions are deleted at once.
Orders you placed stay with the seller you ordered from, so they can finish and keep records. Your name, number, email, address and note on those orders are erased 12 months after each order ends. To ask for earlier erasure of a specific order, email support@udyamscan.com with the order number and the WhatsApp number used.
Without an account, nothing about you is kept in your browser except your cart, language and the order links in this browser (cookies), which you can clear yourself.
Notifications and messages
Signing out of the app stops notifications on that phone. Deleting your account stops all WhatsApp, email and push messages from UdyamScan, except a final confirmation.
