The rule
UdyamScan is for physical products that are legal to sell where the seller sells them. Sellers must not list the items below, even as a "price on request" product. We may hide products, suspend stores and block numbers that break this list or the Terms of use (terms).
Not allowed
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and their parts, and anything designed to hurt people.
- Drugs and narcotics, drug equipment, and medicines that need a prescription.
- E-cigarettes and vapes; tobacco and alcohol unless the seller holds the licences the law requires and sells only to adults.
- Counterfeit, replica or pirated goods, and anything that infringes copyright, trademarks or designs.
- Stolen goods, and goods the seller has no right to sell.
- Live animals, and protected wildlife or products made from it.
- Human remains, organs, blood or body fluids.
- Hazardous, toxic, radioactive or banned chemicals, and recalled or unsafe products.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Government IDs and documents, passports, licences, uniforms or badges of the police and armed forces.
- Currency, coins sold above face value as legal tender, lottery tickets, gambling, financial products and crypto-assets.
- Personal data, accounts, SIM cards or anything that helps someone get around the law or a platform's rules.
- Items that promote hatred, violence or terrorism.
- Services, digital downloads, subscriptions, tickets and gift cards: UdyamScan stores are for physical products only.
- Anything else that is illegal where it is sold or delivered.
